The objective of this case was:
1. Avoid a breast implant and use her own natural fat.
2. Create a fuller yet natural look without the appearance or feel of an “implant” breast augmentation.
3. Slighter rounder shape.
4. Enhanced projection.
5. Fuller upper pole.
6. More medial cleavage.
7. Half cup to One cup size larger volume.
