The objective of this case was to:
1. Create the perfect slope.
2. Create a youthful and age appropriate appearance, without anyone knowing she had a breast augmentation.
3. Make the breasts look and feel natural.
4. Avoid an overdone appearance.
5. Avoid tell-tale signs of the “typical” appearing breast augmentation.
