FDA Sub-investigator

Dr. Raffi Hovsepian is an active researcher who has recently participated and completed a one-year injectable filler study as a sub-investigator for FDA approval. Dr. Hovsepian is proud to be participating in this study for age related facial volume loss. Dr. Hovsepian and staff are excited with the preliminary results and will keep our patients updated as to when this new filler will be available for the general public.

Distinguished International Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Raffi Hovsepian, along with Dr. Malcolm Paul, were invited to 29TH Annual Carioca Plastic Surgery meeting held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Both Dr. Hovsepian and Dr. Paul assisted each other and preformed live patient surgery at the meeting in front distinguished international plastic surgeons. The successful live patient surgical makeover consisted of performing: extended SMAS facelift, neck lift, endoscopic brow lift, blepharoplasty, and chin augmentation. This live makeover surgery was televised live from the operating room to the lecture hall consisting of over one thousand international plastic surgeon attendees.

Active FDA Sub-investigator

As an active researcher, Dr. Raffi Hovsepian recently participated and completed a one-year study as a sub-investigator for FDA approval of Radio-Frequency Assisted Liposuction (RFAL). Dr. Hovsepian is pleased to be participating in this study for the removal of lipodystrophy (fat) and skin tightening.

International Lecturer

Dr. Hovsepian was invited to the 1st International Meeting on Aesthetic and Reconstructive Facial Surgery held in Mykonos, Greece. Dr. Hovsepian presented three abstract topics about facial aesthetic plastic surgery: Midface Lift With Quill Sutures, Lateral Browlift and Transpalpebral Corrugator Muscle Resection, and Panfacial Rejuvenation.
