For the privacy and convenience of all of our patients, visits with Dr. Raffi Hovsepian, are by appointment only. Your appointment time has been carefully defined to protect your privacy and that of all of our patients, and to allow you an experience that attends to all of your questions and needs.
Hours & Appointments
For this reason we ask that you contact us immediately if you will be delayed by more than 10 minutes. Any patient who arrives more than 20 minutes late for an appointment may be rescheduled at a later date at the patient’s own expense.
We welcome you by appointment during regular office hours, 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday with evening and weekend appointments available upon request.
Please call us during office hours if you have last-minute needs for cosmetic injections or skin care procedures; we will do our best to accommodate you on the same day or at your earliest convenience.
Skin care and non-surgical treatment questions and purchases are available during office hours without an appointment.
Your appointment is time set aside exclusively to address your needs. In order to respect all our patients’ schedules and time:
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to review or complete any necessary patient sign in information.
- Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time for all other visits including follow-up appointments; therefore you have adequate time to check in with us.
- If you must reschedule your appointment please do so within 24 hours of your appointment to avoid a late cancellation or no show fee.
- Consultation fees for insurances cases will be filed with your insurer;
patients are responsible for any co-pay at the time of consultation.
